Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. To respect our estimator's travel schedule and daily routing: Clients are required to provide at least two (2) hours' advance notice prior to the scheduled appointment time if they need to cancel or reschedule. Repeat Cancellations / No-Shows: Lithoclad reserves the right to decline future free consultation bookings or require a non-refundable retainer/intake fee prior to rescheduling after two consecutive late cancellations or no-shows.
